What this site collects
Only what you type into the project enquiry form, and only when you submit it:
- Your name and email address
- Your company or brand, if you enter one
- The project details you choose: build type, budget range, timeline, and anything written in the notes field
Nothing is collected from simply reading the site. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, and no third-party pixels on any page.
Why it is collected
To reply to you about your project, and to keep track of the conversation so nothing gets lost between emails. That is the entire purpose. Submitting the form does not sign you up for a mailing list, and you will not receive marketing from Casement Studio because you filled it in.
Where it goes
A submission is emailed to Casement Studio and stored in a private contact database on a personal machine. It is not published, shared with other clients, or sold to anyone. Two services handle it in transit:
- Vercel hosts this site and runs the form endpoint.
- Resend delivers the notification email.
Both process the data only to pass the message along, under their own privacy terms.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, in case you come back to an old project. After that they are deleted. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner, at any time, for any reason.
Your choices
Write to the address below and you can ask to see what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. No account or verification hoop, just the email you used. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days and you do not have to give a reason.
Templates purchased from Casement Studio
Templates are sold through the Framer Marketplace and Gumroad. Those platforms handle payment and account data under their own privacy policies. Casement Studio never sees your card details. The template files themselves contain no tracking of any kind, and a site you build from one sends nothing back here.
Children
This site is aimed at working designers and business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page rather than quietly swapped in.
